terms of service

general terms

➜ I have the right to turn down any commissions..
➜ Credit to me (@cutehamsy) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given any time the art is showcased.
➜ Commissions are non-refundable once I've started working on it unless I'm unable to finish your order. If that happens, refunds will differentiate based on the commission's status.
I do not allow my works to be used for AI purposes (training, learning, turning into), NFTs, and crypto currency.

process

➜ Method of payment is Paypal invoice.
➜ Prices listed are in USD.
➜ 100% of the payment is required after the sketch's been approved and any additional fees must be paid before the final drawing is sent
➜ Edits may not be requested after the final progress image is approved by the commissioner, but if I made any errors, it will be fixed free of charge.
➜ The references have to be clear, full-colored, or full-body if it's for half/full-body commission. I won't accept textural only description, blurry or uncolored references.
➜ Deadlines/rushed orders can be arranged with additional fees.

commercial license

➜ The prices for commercial purposes are x2 or x3 the total price, depending on each purpose.
➜ I accept commercial uses such as promotional material, physical merch and streaming assets (Vtuber branding, Twitch, Youtube, Website, etc.)

copyright & art usage

➜ The commissioner will receive the full resolution, both with and without watermark file(s).
➜ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product (even if it's commissioned work) without my consent.
➜ Private commissions come with 50% fee of the total price
➜ The commissioner may use the artwork online (banner, wallpaper, etc.) and may print the artwork for personal use (poster, mousepad, etc.)
I retain all copyrights over my own work, including the right to distribute/use the image as a sample for self promotion. I cannot claim intellectual property or reuse/resell the image for personal or commercial projects unless otherwise agreed upon.
